BFS is checking all tank manhole flanges for the complete Rotterdam Vopak terminal at Europoort. All flanges are calculated with Biluna EN 1591-1 software. We check if design is sufficiënt for required leak thigtness en calculate for each manhole flange a torque table to be used for operation and maintenance.
